90 Day Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Marly Ray. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Marly Ray.

Items covered in the Warranty
All jewelry from Marly Ray is covered under the Marly Ray 90 Day Warranty except the Silver Plated Pieces. There is NO warranty on silver plated pieces. Silver Plated pieces will only be replaced in the event of a manufacturer’s defect that must be reported within 1 week of receiving the jewelry.

Limited Warranty Overview

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship or loosening of pearls or gemstones under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Marly Ray will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Our Obligation

In the event of any qualifying defects during the Warranty Period, Marly Ray will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Coverage Length

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Marly Ray is 90 days from the date of shipment to the customer.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This Limited Warranty is voided if labor has been performed on the item by another jeweler, as we cannot guarantee the work of another company. This Limited Warranty also does not cover loss, theft, accidental abuse, or damage resulting to the jewelry from loss, act of God, or any consequential damages or loss of use resulting from the broken or damaged jewelry. This warranty is valid only for items purchased from MarlyRay.com

Reporting a problem & Shipping

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. As a courtesy to the customer, Marly Ray will gladly send our customers a prepaid shipping label to ship defective items back for repair or replacement.
